The Uncle's House
Tim's uncle designed this modest luxury house in Schroeder, Mn over 15 years ago and had added on since. His uncle was one of the last few students to study under the famous american architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. Wright was known for promoting organic architecture. He also developed the concept for the Usonian Home, which were designed usually small, L-shaped, flat roofs, and a strong visual connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The simple geometric shapes that yield to very ornate and intricate windows represent some of the most integral ornamentation of his career.
